How can you offer a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces?
We are able to offer you a minimum order quantity of only 100 pieces per design. In Germany the minimum order quantity is usually about 250 pieces.

What material are the bracelets made of?
The bracelets are made of 100% skin-friendly silicone.
Will there be any additional costs?
No. The tooling or printing plate costs and the shipping costs within Germany are already included.
How long is the shipping time?
Due to the quantity of orders and the set-up time for each individual design, the delivery time is normally about two weeks for order quantities of up to 1,000 bracelets.
From an order quantity over 1,000 bracelets, the average delivery time is approx. three to four weeks. If there is a particular hurry, we can offer you an express delivery at an extra surcharge.

Which silicone wristbands do you offer?
In addition to debossed, embossed and printed silicone wristbands, we also offer mixed colours, gold & silver and fluorescent wristbands. You will find illustrations of the respective wristbands on our homepage or under the menu point bracelets.
In addition, we can offer you blank silicone wristbands, which we always have in stock in different colors. The advantage lies in the short delivery time of 48 hours on average.
If you have special requests regarding the tape dimensions, we can produce any size up to 600 mm length and 40 mm width.
How can I order?
You can order either by telephone or via e-mail. We will be happy to prepare a digital design for the silicone wristbands and an individual offer in advance.
What payment methods are supported?
As payment method for private customers, associations and orders from abroad we prefer payment in advance. After your order you will receive an invoice from us via e-mail. Please transfer the amount to the specified account. Only then can we process your order.
For domestic companies, however, we are also happy to work by invoice.
Do you offer more favourable rates for charity campaigns?
We are always available for a good cause. We will be happy to make you a special offer.
